Job Details:

* Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care
* May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* Up to 48 hours weekly guaranteed
* Every other weekend schedule required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Contracts available in 8, 10, or 13 week durations
* Unit maintains a 1:7 patient ratio
* EMR system: EPIC
* Required equipment and clinical skills: Chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, and central lines
* Required medication experience: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, and Argatroban with some titration experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
* Illinois and Iowa state licenses required
* Minimum 2 years of previous experience required
* At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
* Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
* Must provide a valid driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date, license verification, copies of required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference at time of submission
* Summer holiday requirement: Must work 1-2 of 3 holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
