Opportunity:

Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist - CT/X-Ray

Job Details:

* Provide specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on both inpatient and outpatient basis
* Perform technical operation of radiologic X-ray equipment and processing of radiographic images
* Cover both CT and X-ray modalities, with primary focus on X-ray
* Must operate teleradiology and fax equipment
* Serve patients across multiple specialties including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and ENT
* Minimum 3 years of experience in radiology with CT training required
* Must have successfully completed radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology
* Current valid Arizona State License in Radiology (R) required
* Current ARRT Certification in Radiology with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT) required
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required

Facility:

This JCAHO accredited health center provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for a large regional territory. The hospital has a bed capacity of 73 and offers a comprehensive range of services including inpatient and outpatient emergency services, dental, ophthalmology, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures. Approximately 49% of surgeries performed are outpatient or ambulatory surgical procedures. The medical staff includes a diverse team of specialists across surgery, internal medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, family practice, and many other disciplines.
