Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule: Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call requirements
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina or Multistate Compact PT license required and must be in hand at time of start
* BLS certification required
* Outpatient clinic and orthopedic experience preferred
* Charting performed using Epic system
* Business casual dress code required
* Free parking available
* Daily census of 12 patients with up to 12 visits per day
* Patient population consists of adults
* Skills required include AROM/AAROM/PROM, assessment, discharge planning, evaluation, goal setting, orthopedics, pain assessment, plan of care, reassessments, strength testing, and time management
* No floating between units or sister facilities required
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of candidate submission

This outpatient clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy services in a professional and collaborative environment. The facility serves an adult patient population with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation and outpatient care, utilizing a modern electronic charting system to support efficient and high-quality patient outcomes. The clinic maintains a manageable daily patient census to allow providers to deliver thorough, individualized care.
