Job Details:

* Bone marrow transplant experience required; experience administrating cells is not required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* Every other weekend required
* Call required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC); OCN preferred
* Perform cell and gene therapy administration
* Administer blood products and chemotherapy and conditioning treatments
* Provide supportive care administration and triage
* Skills required include accessing and managing ports, central line care and blood draws, infusion pump management, IV push administration of chemotherapy, cytotoxic therapy, management and disposal of cytotoxic spills, isolation precautions and PPE, phlebotomy, PICC line care, stem cell therapies, and neutropenic precautions
* Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams
* Active Michigan (MI) license required at time of submission; compact licenses are not accepted
* Two manager or supervisor references required; charge nurse references are not accepted
