Job Details:

* 5x8 hour shifts, Days/Evenings as needed
* Will work every weekend
* Required to float between Lawrence and Memorial Hospital (CT) and Westerly Hospital (RI)
* Must obtain both CT and RI state licenses; can begin working with whichever license issues first while the other is pending
* Minimum 1.5 years of hospital experience required; 2 years preferred
* Experience with GE and Siemens equipment required
* GE Optima CT660 Scanners used on-site
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics
* Night patient ratio: 2; Weekend patient ratio: 2
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Travel experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, RI and CT licenses
* Required skills include: 3D rendering, abdomen with/without contrast, chest with/without contrast, coronary CTA, CT arthrography, emergency department, enterography study, head with/without contrast, ICU, isolation precautions/PPE, Level I and II trauma, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, pelvis with/without contrast, preparation and administration of contrast media, Siemens, sinuses, soft tissue neck, starting peripheral IVs, thoracic, vascular chest, vascular CTA, and venipuncture
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
* Special procedures include Stroke Center and Trauma Center support
* Special equipment: Ceiling Hoyer lift

This facility is a short-term acute care Level III trauma center with 252 staffed beds, part of a large regional health system. The facility is equipped with modern imaging technology and supports a wide range of specialized services including stroke and trauma care. The organization provides robust interdisciplinary support across multiple departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
