Opportunity:

Home Health PTA - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts (4x10s and 3x12s cannot be accommodated)
* May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
* No weekend requirement
* No on-call requirement
* Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius
* Traveler is expected to have their own reliable transportation
* Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day
* System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
* Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis; charting system experience required
* Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
* Free parking
* Required certification: BLS
* Skills include: acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, use of assistive devices (crutches, gait belt, walkers, prosthetics, shoulder slings), orthopedic conditions (hip fractures, total hip/knee replacement, post-op surgeries), spinal conditions, and neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, muscular dystrophy, cognitive disorders)
