Opportunity:
Home Health SLP - Seaside OR and Surrounding Areas
Job Details:
* 4 x 8-hour day shifts
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 1:1 with up to 6 patient visits per day and 30 productivity points standard
* Guaranteed hours with facility able to call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* OASIS experience required
* Required certification: BLS
* Oregon state license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
* Maximum daily drive radius of approximately 60 miles with 60-90 minute total drive time per day
* System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
* Charting systems: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/OASIS
* Parking is free with IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided
* Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
* Skills include dysphagia, dysarthria, bedside swallow evaluation, oral motor, patient/family education, plan of care, home health care, and additional speech-language pathology competencies
