Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Patient ratios of 1:6-7 on days, nights, and weekends
* Every other weekend requirement with holiday rotation
* No on-call required
* Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Block scheduling approval can be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certification: BLS
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Free parking available
* Required skills include: accessing/managing ports, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, central line blood draw, telemetry monitoring, heparin administration, insulin administration, PICC line management, tracheostomy care/management, wound care/wound vac, high flow nasal cannula, interpretation of dysrhythmias, starting and maintaining IVs, and use of rapid response/code teams

This facility is a community hospital with 28 inpatient beds, offering a focused and collaborative care environment for medical-surgical patients. The unit follows an MS clinical track and supports a wide range of patient diagnoses and care needs. The facility is equipped with modern charting technology and provides free parking for staff, making it a convenient and well-supported workplace for traveling nurses.
