Opportunity:

RN - Orthopedics/Pediatrics

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* Outpatient clinic position, not inpatient
* Minimum 2 years of orthopedics and pediatric experience required
* Patient age groups include adolescents, infants, and pediatrics
* Daily census of 25 patients with 9 rooms available
* Ability to float to other facilities within a 75+ mile radius if qualifications are met
* Skills required include applying splints, fractures/dislocation care, height/weight assessment, orthopedics, pain assessment, patient health questionnaire/history/allergies, pediatrics, and sprains/strains
* Interdisciplinary support available including interpretation services, radiology, and unit secretary
* Patient diagnoses include orthopaedics and physical medicine and rehabilitation
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* California RN license in hand required
* BSN required
* 2 references from most recent employer required at time of submittal
