Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2465.20

Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Job Details:

* Shift times start between 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and end between 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM with flexible start times
* Current scheduling needs are Monday through Friday with 1 weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours
* Weekend shifts are self-selected
* Approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
* Perform evaluations and treatments across all inpatient units as well as the ED (NICU patients not covered)
* Daily patient assignments with the goal of keeping each therapist on only 1 to 2 floors
* Work with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses including higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients
* Equipment includes basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and Hoyer lifts
* Documentation system: Sunrise Allscripts
* Scrubs required with no specific color required
* NH Physical Therapy License must be in hand at time of submittal
* BLS certification required
* Acute care experience required
* Vestibular experience preferred but not required

This inpatient facility is a 330-bed hospital offering a wide range of medical services including cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic care. The Physical Therapy department covers all inpatient units as well as the emergency department and is supported by a dedicated and collaborative team with extensive experience across multiple settings. The facility provides a dynamic work environment where therapists have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population with a variety of diagnoses.
