Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with call responsibilities
* Monday through Friday schedule with 24-hour call coverage
* Self-scheduling for call - approximately one day per week and one weekend per month
* Weekday call hours run from 4:30 PM to 7:30 AM the following morning
* Weekend call runs from 4:30 PM Friday through 7:30 AM Monday
* No floating to other units required
* Scrub color is ceil blue, provided by the facility
* Must have critical care experience - candidates without this will not be considered
* Must have Impella and IABP experience - candidates without this will not be considered
* Must have experience titrating drips independently
* Required certifications: ACLS and active RN license
* Work with adult patient population
* Operate advanced equipment including OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, Pacers, Rota, CSI, Opsens, Cath Works, and Penumbra
* Use EMR systems Sunrise/Allscripts and Mac Lab
* Perform procedures including left and right heart caths, TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO, stents/angioplasty, atherectomy, mechanical thrombectomy, Mitral Clip, temp wires, pressure wires, VSD, and CarioMems
* Ideal candidate is efficient yet easy going with a good sense of humor

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive Cardiac Cath Lab with three dedicated catheterization labs, an inpatient holding area, and a radial lounge for outpatient procedures. The unit is staffed by a robust team of registered nurses and technicians, supported by advanced cardiac technology and equipment. The facility handles a wide range of complex cardiac procedures and maintains 24-hour call coverage to serve its adult patient population.
