TRAVEL - RN - OR

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* 1:1 patient ratio in the operating room
* Work in a 408-bed hospital with 14 operating rooms including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs
* Day shift team includes 14-16 RNs and 14-16 CSTs with Clinical Charge RNs
* On-call required from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM one day per week and weekend on-call once every 6 weeks
* Perform procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine cases
* No transplant procedures performed
* Operate standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems
* Use Meditech EMR system (experience preferred)
* Minimum of 1 year of current hospital acute care experience required
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
* Patient experience is a priority with strong communication skills required
* Must be adaptable to change

This is a 408-bed acute care hospital featuring a main operating room suite with 14 ORs, including a Hybrid Cardiovascular OR, a Cystoscopy suite, and 12 multipurpose operating rooms. The facility supports a robust surgical program with a dedicated team of OR RNs, CSTs, PCTs, Anesthesia Techs, Service Line Lead RNs, and Clinical Charge RNs.
