Job Details:
* 4x10 day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Call required: 2 full weekends in a 6-week period and 9 weeknights
* 50/50 inpatient and outpatient patient population
* Treat patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Required procedures and diagnoses include: Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase 2 recovery, and cryoablations
* Patient diagnoses include: biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, peripheral vascular, pulmonary, CT, endovascular lab, and stent placement
* Required skills include: angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, liver biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, TIPS, PICC line care, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and sterile technique
* Medication system: Pyxis
* Documentation system: EPIC
* Imaging and equipment experience required: PACS, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, ultrasound, Siemens, and Philips
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, WA License
* ACLS preferred
* Washington state license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* Charting system experience required

This facility is part of a large, well-established healthcare system offering comprehensive interventional radiology services with access to interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, and transportation. The unit handles a diverse range of complex procedures and diagnoses in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing an advanced clinical environment for experienced IR technologists.
