RN - MICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Assigned to the Medical ICU (MICU) unit on Floor 4
* Patient ratio of 2:1 (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Unit consists of 26 beds with a staff of 65
* Night shift staffing includes Charge RN, RN, and PCT
* Utilize CRRT equipment as part of daily responsibilities
* Work with Meditech/CPN electronic medical records system
* Perform moderate sedation and hemodynamic monitoring and airway management procedures
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU RN hospital experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
* Sono IV and CRRT experience preferred
* Must demonstrate strong teamwork, coachability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
