Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating required to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
* Scrub color: Navy
* 2 years minimum ICU experience required; 4-5 years preferred
* Travel experience required
* Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex required
* Heart experience highly preferred
* EMR experience required: EPIC
* Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* Active New York RN license required
* Skills checklist matching specialty required
* Common patient diagnoses include strokes, sepsis, altered mental status, neuro intervention (TCAR), respiratory failure, CHF, post-STEMI, cardiovascular surgery, cardiogenic shock, AAA, trauma, and major post-operative cases
* Specialty equipment used on unit includes IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Arctic Sun)
* 42-bed unit including Neuro/Med (22 beds), CTICU (6 beds), and Surg/Trauma (14 beds)
