Open Position: RN - Stepdown

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2479.40

Opportunity:

PCU/Stepdown RN

Job Details:

* Night shift schedule working 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Stepdown/PCU experience required
* Must have an active Ohio license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission - no pending certifications accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a minimum passing score required
* Two attempts maximum allowed to pass required assessments
* One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required - references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months

The Progressive Care Unit and Stepdown department provides an intermediate level of care for patients who require closer monitoring than a general medical-surgical floor but do not need the intensity of an intensive care unit. The facility maintains high standards for clinical excellence and supports its nursing staff with interdisciplinary resources and structured orientation programs.
