Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Day shift schedule working 5x8-hour shifts
* Must be available weekends, potentially all weekend shifts
* Float between inpatient and acute rehabilitation settings daily
* Must have EPIC experience
* Strong clinical skills required in Acute Inpatient Hospital Setting and Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation
* Neuro/ICU experience required
* Minimum two years of occupational therapy experience preferred in hospital or acute rehab settings
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required if license obtained on or after January 2007
* Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
* Use appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients
* Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
* Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate plans to appropriate parties
* Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
* Supervise assigned assistants
