Open Position: RN - ICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2325.28

Opportunity:

ICU - Rotating - Open to 1 RN for Days and 1 RN for Nights

Job Details:

* Rotating schedule available for both day and night shifts
* Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Weekend coverage required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Pre-approved time off: two slots available
* Must be available to work every other holiday
* Cerner charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only accepted)
* Active PA or Compact license required
* Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed
* Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
* Unit contains 10 beds with 8 visits per day
* Patient diagnoses include Medical ICU, Stroke, Sepsis, Renal Failure, Respiratory Failure, and Substance Withdrawal
* Special procedures include CRRT and Prone positioning
* Special equipment includes CRRT, arterial lines, and Swan lines
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and more
* Required skills include ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, CVVHD/CRRT, ECMO, ICP monitoring, and additional critical care competencies
