Opportunity:

Home Health OT - Medford OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
* 1:1 patient ratio with visits of up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Oasis experience required
* Charting system: EPIC/Oasis
* Required certification: BLS
* Provider is expected to have their own reliable transportation
* Occasional travel radius of up to 50+ miles; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Attire: Any color scrubs
* Parking is free; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
* Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Skills include: Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, Biofeedback, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation, Feeding Techniques, TENS, Ultrasound, Arthritis Program, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Upper and Lower Extremity Prosthetics, Dynamic, Functional, Static, and Serial/Inhibitory Splints, and Orthoplast

This home health facility provides one-on-one occupational therapy services to patients in their homes and surrounding community settings. The organization utilizes EPIC and Oasis charting systems and is committed to minimizing travel burden for providers by strategically grouping client visits. The facility maintains high standards for clinical experience and supports therapists with mileage reimbursement and free parking to ensure an efficient and rewarding work environment.
