Job Details:
* Must have peripheral/TAVR experience and experience with structural hearts
* Call schedule includes 5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks
* Weekend coverage included in call requirements
* Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; unit does not accept first-time travelers
* Travel experience required
* Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
* Holiday work expectations: if 1-2 major holidays fall within assignment period, traveler is expected to work all of them; if 3 major holidays fall within assignment period, traveler is expected to work 2 of them
* Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R or CCI RCIS
* Charting system experience required; Epic charting system
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Required skills include: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Equipment Setup, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Left Heart Catheterization, Maintains Equipment, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Recognition of Life-Threatening Arrhythmias, Right Heart Catheterization, Room Circulator, Rotablator Atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Scrub - Maintain Sterile Field, Sterile Technique, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Use of Rapid Response/Code Teams
