Opportunity:
Outpatient PT
Job Details:
* Assignment length of 15 or 18 weeks
* Shift schedule of 4x10 or 5x8 days with no weekends required
* Some Saturdays may be required
* No on-call responsibilities
* See approximately 10 patients per day
* Treat neuro/orthopedic and medically complex patients in an outpatient setting
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Work with conditions including cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op cervical surgery, post-op shoulder repair, post-op spinal surgery, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
* Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education
* Chart using Epic system - experience required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, Alaska PT License
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All time off requests must be submitted upfront during the submittal process
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
