Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2246.24

Opportunity:

RN - Pediatrics (or applicable unit based on assignment)

Job Details:

* Night shift position
* 36 to 48 hours guaranteed per week
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in field required
* EPIC electronic health record experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans to attain patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering safe and effective care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or approved vendor), ACLS, AHA-PALS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
