Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts
* Acute care setting
* Trauma Level 2 facility
* Charting system: EPIC
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
* Cancellation policy: 3 shifts per 13-week or longer contract; 2 shifts per 12-week or shorter contract
* Care for adult patients with a variety of mental health challenges across two levels of care
* Work in a 16-bed secure inpatient behavioral health unit treating adults with chronic mental illness requiring stabilization and treatment
* Work in a 10-bed unit treating adults for depression, anxiety, grief, and other psychological issues
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, psychiatric nurses, and behavioral health technicians
* Support group therapy sessions focusing on grief and loss, depression, anxiety, coping with mental illness, substance abuse recovery, medication management, and stress management
* Participate in discharge planning to connect patients with community resources and follow-up care
