Open Position: RN - Geriatrics

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2345.60

Opportunity:

LTC RN - 8hr/12hr Day/PM Variables (mostly PM) Variable shifts

Job Details:

* 13-week contract with ASAP start date
* 8-hour or 12-hour variable day/PM shifts, primarily PM shifts
* Must be flexible with shift scheduling
* Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week (minimum 36 hours, maximum 48 hours), excluding orientation week and holidays
* Every other weekend required with holiday rotation
* No on-call or call back requirements
* Required to float to a secondary location approximately 25 miles away as needed
* 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic setting
* Night shift staffing: 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Days/Evenings staffing: 1 Charge Nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics, and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Responsibilities include medication passing, treatments, PRNs, and narcotic management
* Charting experience in Matrix preferred
* Scrub colors: work-appropriate solids or prints
* Minimum 2+ years RN experience with at least 1 year in LTC required
* Must be comfortable passing medications independently
* Required certifications: MN RN License and AHA BLS
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner

Staff members are expected to work collaboratively and independently to manage daily care responsibilities across multiple care settings.
