Home Health OT

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* First to float position
* Home health care setting
* Average of four visits per day, a combination of evaluations and revisits
* Coverage area includes northeastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland - Yolo County service area
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
* COTA with home health experience may be considered if no OT applicants are available
* Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required
* Required certifications: BLS and NPI number
* California OT license required
* Charting system: Cerner
