Opportunity:

RN - Operating Room

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Three 12-hour shifts per week with weekends required when possible
* 13-week assignment
* On-call is required, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 8-week sign-up period, with approximately 15 call shifts per month
* Patient ratio is 1:1
* Serve as patient advocate in circulator role while acting as a resource for the sterile field
* Experience as circulator preferred
* Experience as scrub preferred
* CNOR certification preferred
* Perform procedures including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and a variety of Xi Robotic cases including GYN, colorectal, and general surgery
* Experience with Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, and Robotics required
* EMR system: Epic
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Required certifications: Alaska RN license, BLS, ACLS

Facility:

This facility features 11 operating rooms staffed by a skilled team of RNs, scrub technicians, and surgical support technicians. The facility handles a wide variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, neurological, and robotic procedures, utilizing advanced equipment including the Xi Robotic system. The unit operates with day and night shift coverage, maintaining a dedicated call team to ensure continuous surgical support.
