Opportunity:

OT - Home Health

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Treat approximately 8 patients per day
* Productivity expectation of minimum 6.5 points per hour, typically 3-4 evaluations per day
* Primary service areas include Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison County
* Most patients are post-acute in a home care setting
* Responsible for supervising 1 COTA on staff
* Self-scheduling available with flexibility to move visits around throughout the day
* Charting completed using a computerized system
* Dress code is any color scrubs or business casual
* Must have home health experience and Home Care Home Base experience
* Must have license in hand upon submitting
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)/CPR
