Opportunity:

Radiology: Radiation Oncology

Job Details:

* Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
* 10-hour day shift format
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* No on-call or standby requirements
* Perform radiation therapy treatments including breast, lung, prostate, head and neck, esophageal, stereotactic brain and body (SBRT, SRS) cases
* No pediatric cases
* Average of 25-30 scans/studies per day
* Operate Varian Vital Beam and True Beam linear accelerators
* Experience with True Beam and Vital Beam machines required
* Mosaic/Mosaiq charting system experience highly recommended
* Travelers will not be required to perform simulation
* Radiation MD is in-house
* No IV starts required
* No floating to other areas required
* Approximately 1 week of orientation before working independently
* Any color scrubs acceptable; no required dress code color
* Required certifications: ARRT, BLS
* Wyoming State License and national license required
* Degree in Radiation Oncology required
* Up to 2 cancellation days per 13-week assignment
* Permanent address must be at least 25 miles from the facility location

Facility:

This acute care facility operates at a Trauma Level 2 designation and features a radiation oncology department equipped with two advanced linear accelerators. The department maintains a close-knit, small facility environment with excellent patient satisfaction scores and an in-house radiation oncologist. The oncology team utilizes the Mosaiq charting system and is supported by nursing staff for any IV-related needs.
