RN - Surgical Center / Pre-Op

Job Details:

* Day shift options available: 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM?2:00 PM, 7:00 AM?3:00 PM, 8:00 AM?4:00 PM, 9:00 AM?5:00 PM) or 10-hour shifts
* 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts per week
* Occasional midnight shifts may be required to support operational demands
* Rotating weekend requirement: 8-hour shift (7:00 AM?3:00 PM) on Saturday or Sunday
* 1-2 secondary on-call shifts per scheduling period, which includes a 24-hour call day on the weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
* Call response time of 30 minutes required
* Participation in the weekend rotation and on-call schedule is required, including one weekend scheduled shift and one secondary call day per scheduling period
* Floating to the OR holding area may be required
* Pre-op care is the primary focus; this is a hospital-based surgical center, not a freestanding facility
* Common cases include all procedures including same-day and overnight stays, averaging 55?70 cases per day across 15 suites
* IV skills are required
* Surgical care knowledge and robotics experience required
* Scrubbing responsibility limited to pre-op care only
* EMR system is Sunrise with EPIC transition planned
* Scrubs provided by the facility
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS
* Must submit a copy of an unexpired driver's license with application
* Must disclose any licensing hits at time of submission
* Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
