Job Details:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty required
* ER and ICU experience in acute care setting required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required skills include: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oral/nasal suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy care/management
* Required equipment experience: Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar, Bag and mask, ET Tube, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), BiPAP, CPAP
* Responsibilities include: Vent management, O2 therapy, Airway management, Respiratory treatments, Suctioning, and Computerized documentation
* Must be able to troubleshoot high pressure alarms and perform weaning from mechanical ventilation
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
