Opportunity:

Cath Lab & IR Tech

Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend requirement
* First to float policy applies
* No floating to other units required
* 1-2 days of unit orientation provided
* On-call requirement with 30-minute response time
* Scrubs provided in teal blue
* Work in a 4-room suite/lab environment handling 15-20 cases per day
* Experience with coronary, balloon pumps (IABP), and Impella required
* Must be comfortable with peripheral and coronary circulation experience
* Perform and assist with procedures including laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, and angiojet
* Work in a STEMI receiving center with many STEMI cases performed monthly
* Must be comfortable working with critically ill patients
* Ventilator cases handled with respiratory therapy present in the room
* Pharmacy available in-house 24/7
* Cardiologist and respiratory therapist on standby or working 24/7
* Charting system: Cerner; Merge Hemo system used for hemodynamic monitoring
* Experience with Siemens/Phillips equipment helpful but not required
* Experience with Merge Hemo system is a bonus
* Required certifications: ARRT, Fluoroscopy, BLS (AHA)
* All required onboarding modules must be completed prior to arrival with no exceptions

This acute care facility operates a fully equipped Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department with four procedure suites. The facility functions as a STEMI receiving center and provides comprehensive cardiac and interventional services around the clock, supported by on-site pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and cardiology staff available 24/7. The department is equipped with advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring technology to support a wide range of complex cardiovascular and interventional procedures.
