Opportunity:

LPN - Post Acute Care

Job Details:

* 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* 36-hour weekly guarantee for 12-hour shifts
* Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
* Patient ratio of 1:32 in a 128-bed facility
* Post-acute care setting serving patients with all diagnoses
* Trach care experience strongly advisable
* Familiarity with responding to a code is recommended
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* IV Certification preferred for LPNs
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* No on-call or call back available
* Orientation pathway completed with facility staff
