Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Day shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* 36-hour weekly contract
* Minimum two years of recent ICU or critical care experience required
* EPIC electronic health records experience required
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and safety
* Evaluate progress toward attaining patient outcomes and identify goals for patient situations
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, healing, and caring patient care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
