Job Details:
* 5x8 hour shifts, Days/Evenings as needed
* Will work every weekend
* Required to float between two locations in CT and one location in RI
* Candidate must obtain both state licenses (CT and RI) and may start with whichever license issues first while the other is pending
* Minimum 1.5 years of hospital experience required; 2 years preferred
* Experience with GE and Siemens equipment required
* GE Optima CT660 scanners used on site
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Short term acute care Level III trauma center facility
* Free parking available
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Night patient ratio: 2; Weekend patient ratio: 2
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and more
* Special procedures include Stroke Center and Trauma Center support
* Special equipment includes ceiling Hoyer lift
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, RI and CT licenses
* Key skills required include 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, and experience with trauma, vascular, and musculoskeletal imaging
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred

This facility is a short-term acute care Level III trauma center with 252 total staffed beds, operating as part of a large, well-established health system. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more. The facility is also recognized as both a Stroke Center and Trauma Center, providing specialized care across a wide range of patient needs.
