* Work in a Critical Access Hospital across a variety of settings including Inpatient, Outpatient, Home Health, and Nursing Home
* Nebraska Physical Therapist license or Compact State license required
* Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association required
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
