Open Position: RN - Cardiovascular

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2710.80

Opportunity:

RN - Operating Room

Job Details:

* Work in Operating Room with 17 beds maintaining 1:1 patient ratios
* Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
* Required to complete 3 call shifts (12-hour) over 4 weeks with both days and nights available
* Must have thoracic and vascular experience including heart and valve replacements
* Strong skills required in cardiac procedures: CV/PV, AAA, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Fem-Pop Bypass, Mitral or Aortic Valve Replacement
* Circulating RN responsibilities in general OR including Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Vascular, Trauma, and Robotic OBGYN and Urology cases
* Advanced circulating knowledge needed including positioning, prepping, and facilitating surgical cases
* Work with advanced equipment including XI Robot, advanced spine equipment, Mako joint robot
* Documentation through Meditech system
* Unit staffing includes 1 RN/1 CST per room, turnover staff, 1 charge RN, 4:1 Anesthesia coverage, in-house night shift
* No floating policy required
* Patient Experience requirements include AIDET
* Required certifications: BLS, RN
* Hospital-provided scrubs required
