Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Work in a 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit with 3 OR suites, 4 Triage beds, and 3 Preop/PACU beds
* Patient ratios of 2:1, 1:1 for patients on Pitocin, and 3-4:1 for APU and Triage
* Work with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) with Tocometry, ultrasound, pulse ox, BP cables, and NOVI equipment
* EMR system used: Meditech
* Perform or assist with procedures including C-sections, cerclage placement and removal, IUPC, and FSE
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, and IEFM
* BSN, RNC-OB, and C-EFM certifications preferred
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs required

This facility operates a comprehensive Labor & Delivery unit staffed by a dedicated team of secretaries, assistant nurse managers, relief charge nurses, and operating room technicians. The unit supports a well-rounded team of 55 staff members across day and night shifts, providing high-quality obstetric care including surgical services and antepartum care. The organization is committed to maintaining strong patient ratios and utilizing advanced monitoring technology to support both patients and clinical staff.
