Job Details:
* 4x10 day shifts, 40 hours per week
* Guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period
* Traveler may be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2-week period
* On-call required with weekend on-call coverage
* Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs
* Block scheduling available
* Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from facility
* Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, Alaska RN License
* Pending Alaska RN license accepted, but strong preference for license in hand at submission
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available
* Required skills include: CVOR, Atrial Septal Defect repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), MAZE Procedure, Mitral Valve Replacement, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Cell Saver, Administration of Blood & Blood Products, Fire Safety, Infection Control, Laser Safety, Radiation Safety, Specimen Handling/Labeling, Universal Protocol (Time Out) Procedure, and Wound Management
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO requests must be submitted at time of submittal
* Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities
