Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required with some exposure to post-partum care
* Strong labor and delivery experience required including cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and Pitocin administration
* Must be able to circulate C-sections
* Baby catching/receiving required
* APGAR assessment skills required
* Breastfeeding knowledge required
* Post-partum care strongly preferred including all aspects from transition to discharge for both mother and baby
* Scrub experience is a bonus; scrub-trained RNs are occasionally utilized for sick call coverage
* Work in a 20-bed unit including 12 labor and delivery beds, 8 post-partum/antepartum beds, 3 OB/ED rooms, 2 OR rooms, and a 6-bed Level II NICU
* EMR: Epic strongly preferred
* No on-call responsibilities
* Teal scrubs provided
* Multilingual skills in Russian or Spanish preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring
* First-time travelers will be considered

Facility:

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive labor and delivery unit with 20 total beds, supporting a wide range of obstetric services including antepartum care, labor and delivery, post-partum care, and a 6-bed Level II NICU. The facility is equipped with modern operating rooms and OB/ED rooms, ensuring a full spectrum of maternal and neonatal care. A Scrub Tech is always on site, and a nurse practitioner is available on call to support the clinical team.
