Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2588.64

Opportunity:

RN - NICU Nights

Job Details:

* Work 3x12 night shifts in a Level IV NICU setting
* Minimum 2 years of Level IV NICU experience required
* Experience required with vents, bubble CPAP, various CVCs and art lines, pre- and post-surgical (general and cardiac) care, drips, stoma/trach care
* Float required to PICU/Pediatrics depending on census
* Travel experience required
* Navy scrubs required
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS, PALS, BSN or MSN, CA RN license
* Pending license not accepted
* Must be able to complete nursing physical assessments
* Must demonstrate skill in developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring, and documenting progress
* Must be able to implement interventions pertinent to goals established in the plan of care
* Must be able to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions toward the attainment of established goals and recognize the need to reassess or reset goal parameters
* Must have the ability to delegate tasks in a management style consistent with promoting leadership and teamwork
* Must have the knowledge base to provide education to patients, families, and other staff regarding clinical and patient care issues
