* Position will not float between units

* Scrub color: Any color accepted
* Charting system: Epic experience required
* No parking fees
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Valid Washington state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Required skills and experience include: Adult Outpatient, ARIA, Billing for treatment types and devices, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, CT Simulation, GE, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Keloids, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Radiation Safety, Respiratory Gating, Simulation of Treatment Sites, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), TrueBeam, Varian 21 ex/ix, and Varis-Vision/ARIA
* Patient population: Adults
* Daily census: 35 patients
* 2 professional references required, covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Facility:

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care Level III Trauma Center with 104 total staffed beds. The facility utilizes Epic as its primary charting system and offers a comprehensive radiation therapy department equipped to handle a wide range of oncology treatments and procedures. The organization is part of a larger health system with multiple sister facilities in the surrounding area.
