Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg

Job Details:

* Work on a 40-bed Med/Surg unit (5 West) in the main hospital building
* Schedule requires 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
* Patient ratio of 1:7 per shift
* Unit staffing includes 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 unit coordinator per shift
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Perform procedures including EKGs, glucose monitoring, and venipuncture
* Use standard medical equipment consistent with a Med/Surg unit
* Contract labor is first to float to like units per floating policy
* Minimum 1 year of patient experience required
* Required certification: BLS
* Current Georgia RN license required
* Required dress code: Royal blue top and bottom
