Open Position: RN - ICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $5026.36

Opportunity:

RAPID RESPONSE

Job Details:

* 6-week assignment with 48 hours required per week
* Work in ICU/Surgical ICU unit with 26 beds
* Patient ratios of 1:2, with 1:1 for high acuity patients including post-CABG patients (estimated ratios, not guaranteed)
* Care for trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU patients
* Perform and assist with chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips
* Operate equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia equipment, and ECMO
* Use Meditech EMR system
* No RTO or special scheduling
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital ICU experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH - must be included in submission packet
* TNCC preferred
* Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
* Ideal candidate is driven, organized, efficient, and maintains a positive and engaged attitude

Facility:

This facility houses an ICU/Surgical ICU unit located on the second floor, staffed by experienced nursing professionals. The unit operates with a robust team structure including RNs, a Charge Nurse, and Patient Care Technicians on both day and night shifts. The unit is equipped with advanced technology including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia equipment, and ECMO to support high-acuity patient care needs.
