Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Acute Care

Job Details:

* Provide acute inpatient physical therapy, primarily focused on med surg and hospitalist referrals
* Assignment may include a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings
* Treat patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Must have strong time management skills and ability to work independently, including as the sole therapist in the acute care setting on weekends
* No wound care required
* May be asked to float to Santa Rosa facility if able
* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings for adult population preferred but not required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Required certifications: BLS, CA state license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 professional references required, covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* 40 orientation hours required
* Up to one pre-approved time off request allowed
* Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
