Job Details:

* Work in a 9 OR suite facility plus a dedicated cysto room
* Day shift staffing includes a free charge RN with all rooms staffed plus 2-3 float teams
* Night shift staffing includes several teams until 5:00 PM, 2-3 teams until 7:00 PM, and 1 team from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* One weekday on-call shift per week required
* EMR system: Meditech
* Required skills: General and orthopedic surgery experience (candidates without these skills will not be considered)
* Preferred skills: Cardiovascular and Da Vinci robotic surgery experience
* Perform procedures including orthopedic surgery (total joints and sports medicine), spine, neuro, vascular, general, bariatrics, robotics, and urology
* Required certification: BLS
* Dress code: Royal blue scrubs

The surgical team is well-staffed across all shifts, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure high-quality patient care.
