RRT - Adult Critical Care/ED
Job Details:
* 5 years of experience preferred for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
* Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department experience required
* Will accept first-time travelers
* Weekend coverage required
* Charting system: Cerner
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support includes Respiratory Services and Rapid Response Teams
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT
* Required skills include: Adult Critical Care, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Intubation Assist, Extubation, Bronchoscopy, Drawing Arterial Blood Gases, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Nitric Oxide (INo), Inhaled Flolan, Tracheostomy Care/Management, Pulmonary Hygiene, Weaning from Mechanical Ventilation, SIMV, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Chest Physiotherapy, and Troubleshooting High Pressure Alarms
* Valid Maryland or Compact license required at time of submission
* References required
* Copy of certifications required
