Job Details:

* Night shift position in the Emergency Room
* Option of 36 or 48 hours per week
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Self-scheduling
* Scrub color: Navy
* EPIC documentation system required
* Patient ratio: 1:4
* Care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* 38-room/38-bed emergency department with a daily census of 135 visits
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS - must be in hand at time of submission
* Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; less experience will be considered
* Previous travel experience preferred
* May be required to float to like units within scope based on facility needs

Facility:

This healthcare facility operates a large emergency department with 38 rooms and a daily census of approximately 135 visits. The facility is both STEMI and Stroke Certified, providing a high level of care across a wide range of emergency conditions. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, social services, interpretation services, and unit secretary support.
