Job Details:

* 4x10 shift schedule with variable hours ranging from 6:30 AM?5:00 PM or 7:00 AM?5:30 PM
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Temp-to-perm role; candidates must be open to permanent placement
* MA-C certification required
* 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required
* BLS and CPT certifications required
* EPIC charting system experience required
* Pediatric experience preferred but not required
* No blood draw required
* Duties include rooming patients, collecting vitals, recording medical history, and setting up rooms
* Primary support for 1 provider with additional support to other providers as needed within a 20-provider practice (APP/MD/DO)
* Must have own reliable transportation
* Float within skillset as needed to meet facility needs
* Skills required include adult outpatient clinic, general/family practice, height/weight measurement, obtaining vital signs, pulse oximetry, labeling specimens, urine dipstick/urinalysis, stocking supplies, and recording history/medications/allergies

Facility:

This outpatient family medicine clinic is a large primary care practice supporting a team of 20 providers including APPs, MDs, and DOs. The facility utilizes EPIC for charting and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients of various age groups, including pediatric populations. The clinic fosters a collaborative environment where medical assistants play a key role in supporting provider workflows and ensuring quality patient care.
