Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1599.80

Opportunity:

MA - Outpatient Urology / Women's Health

Job Details:

* 5x8 shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
* No weekend requirements
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Position is primarily responsible for PSR/Front End duties and will cover MA/LVN breaks
* 3 years of total experience required with minimum 2 years in an outpatient setting
* Experience in Urology or Women's Health required
* Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program required
* Required certification: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
* High school diploma or GED required
* Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture required
* Patient check-in, insurance verification, and referrals experience required
* Epic EMR system proficiency required
* Knowledge of urological procedures such as cystoscopy and urodynamics required
* Assist with in-office procedures including urinary catheter placement, cystoscopies, and removing bandages or stitches
* Demonstrate knowledge of sterile techniques to prepare surgical sites and assist with drapes
* Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
* Interdisciplinary support includes phlebotomy
