Opportunity:

RN - Progressive Care Neuro Trauma

Job Details:

* Work in a 23-bed Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Day shift staffed with 6-7 RNs and 2 aides; night shift staffed with 6-7 RNs and 2 aides
* Work every other weekend; no on-call requirement
* Float to all inpatient units including ICU and ED as needed
* Operate bedside monitors, end tidal O2 monitoring, high flow, chronic vents, and subdural drains
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Perform procedures including chest tubes and EEGs
* Telemetry step-down experience required
* Neuro experience preferred
* Trauma experience preferred
* Team-oriented personality required
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
* Preferred certifications: NIHSS and TNCC
* No specific scrub color required; professional attire expected
